Guarantee
We guarantee the art to be authentic work by the Artist
listed.
Delivery
We use the safest and most
economical methods to deliver purchases. Framed prints,
photos, and original paintings will go “Canada Post, UPS or FedEx
ground, insured”, unless arrangements are made otherwise.
Prints will be shipped through the postal system, insured, rolled
and placed in a cardboard tube. Unframed photographs will be
shipped through the postal system, insured, and packaged on
foam-core or heavy board in an envelope marked “Photo, Please Do
Not Bend”.
Note: It is advised
that you have the artwork shipped to your daytime address.
Inclusive shipping costs
(packaging/shipping/insurance) and taxes will be added to the listed
price of the artwork. Shipping costs vary depending on
destination and weight of package. See order sheet for estimated
costs.
All purchases are subject to
15% Canadian tax unless buyer has accepted proof of exemption.
Artwork will be shipped upon
receipt of payment. Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery in North
America. Additional time is required for International
shipments.
To Order
For on-line transactions or
fax orders, we accept both MasterCard and Visa. You may be
emailed or telephoned to confirm the order, delivery costs and
credit card number before shipping.
To order by mail, please
send a Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or International Money Order

If you pay by personal
cheque, the transaction will be processed once the cheque has
cleared the bank. Please allow 2 additional weeks.
Returns
You may return an item in
its original condition for a full refund or credit within 15 days of
receipt. Please return item in its original packaging to
ensure safe shipping. After a return has been received, we
will credit your Charge Card, or if paid by cheque or money order, a
refund cheque will be mailed to you immediately.
Requests for returns can be
made within 15 days of receipt via telephone or email and a return
authorization number will be assigned. Please note that only
returns with an “RA#” will be accepted. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
